Versatec Energy is an operations support group, specialised in the gas-and oil industry. The Head Quarter is based in Woerden. Since 1993, we provide the industry fit forpurpose recommendations and services, both offshore and onshore. The Job
Support/advise ourclients in the area of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
e.g.:
•Safety Management Systems
•Safety Reviews (HAZID/HAZOP/Bowtie)
•Health, Safety & Environment Documents (Safety Cases)
•Quantitative Risk Analyses e.g. Fire Risk Assessments
•Project Safety Reviews
•Asset Integrity Studies
•Incident Investigation Studies.
The HSE Consultant must efficiently perform and have knowledge of HSE
engineering standards and activities, including:
•Acting as a focal point for HSE related questions from our clients
•Preparation of HSE philosophies, HSE management systems and HSE studies
•Preparation of HSE documents
•Performing or overseeing preparation of Safety Reviews, including facilitation and closure of action items
•Performing computer calculations, interpretation and optimisation of results
•Facilitate Safety Reviews
•Guide junior HSE engineers.
You will be working in a team in the Head office in Woerden or visiting one of our clients, both on and offshore. Many of our clients are international companies.
Your Profile
•You are enthusiastic and eager to extend your oil & gas knowledge and network
•Sharing your knowledge with clients and colleagues is your natural habit
•You have at least a Higher Vocational Study in Chemical Technology, Mechanical
Engineering, or Health and Safety
•You have extensive working experience in the process industry, a couple of years within the HSE field and preferrably within the oil and gas industry
•You are a skilled communicator in Dutch and English, both verbally and written
•Good judgment concerning operational risks is important
•You are a good communicator with a flexible working attitude
•You are a team worker in a dynamic team
•You are a convincing consultant who adepts adequately to changing working environments.
